 Jessica Steen is a Canadian actress who has appeared in films and television. Her characters include Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future. Homefront, Earth 2 Armageddon. NCIS Flashpoint, Left Behind: World at War.



 



 Personal life



 Jessica Steen was born in Toronto, Ontario, the daughter of Joanna Noyes, an actress as well as Jan Steen, a director and actor. Steen is of Dutch and Scottish heritage.



 



 Apart from her acting career, Steen is an environmentalist and animal rights advocate. Steen supports David Suzuki, the World Society for the Protection of Animals, and the Western Canadian Wilderness Committee. She's a certified diver and has a solid understanding of several circus arts - including stilt-walking and fire-twirling.
